His journey began in some of Greece’s top restaurants, awarded with Golden Toques and Michelin stars.
Driven by his passion for travel, culture, and the discovery of new flavors, he worked around the world — including as personal chef to royal families and internationally renowned figures.
Today, he returns with love to Kalymnos, his place of origin, with the vision of showcasing local cuisine through a modern and creative lens. Traditional recipes are reimagined with creativity and respect for their roots, offering guests an authentic gastronomic experience.
